Do you sell your products
online?
At the present moment we do not
sell products online, however, we
are looking to sell certain
products online in the future.
Are the prices the same online as they are in-store?
Yes.
Are all the products listed on
your website in stock?
If the product appears on our
website it is a stocked item at
all locations unless otherwise
indicated in the
description. Every attempt is
made to have these products in
stock.
Which locations carry horse
category products?
Currently only our
Mission and Maple Ridge locations
stock horse products.
However, any of these items can be
transferred to any other Mr. Pet's
in less than 7 days, just ask us
to do so.
Are seasonal products available
in store now?
Seasonal products such as
Christmas toys and Halloween pet
costumes are on display one month
prior to the holiday.
What are "while quantities last"
products?
These products we have limited
stocks, once we are sold
out we will not reorder. If
you require this item and your
local store does not have stock,
ask an associate to have the item transferred
from another Mr. Pet's. In
many cases we may be able to still
order this product into stock even
if all Mr. Pet's locations are out
of stock.
Can I create an order online
for pickup?
Yes, email your shopping
list to the store you are picking
up from and they will reply back when
the order is ready for pickup.
