Competitor Guarantee
We will match any competitor's price. If you find an item at a B.C. retailer identical to one we have in stock available at a current lower price, which can be verified, we will match the price. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

Product Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with a product you purchased at Mr. Pet's, simply return the product in it's original packaging and condition within 45 days with the sales receipt for a full refund or exchange.
*Note:  No dog toy is deemed indestructible and dog toys are only guaranteed for workmanship.

Live Animal Guarantee
Mr. Pet's has a 24-hour live animal guarantee on reptiles, birds, kittens, and small animals. If you are unhappy with your purchase within this time frame, return the animal back to us as soon as possible with your receipt.

5 Day Fish Guarantee
Provided your aquarium water passes our tests, fish failing to survive five full days will be replaced. The fish should be returned with the cash register receipt and a water sample from your aquarium (bring the fish in separate from your water sample). Please note, we only guarantee the health of the fish and not other environmental factors.

We do not guarantee: Salt water fish, feeder fish, pond fish, discus, arowana or fish in a new aquarium for the first two months.

Water test requirements:
pH reading between 6.8 and 7.2 for tropical fish (unless fish requires special water conditions).
pH reading between 7.0 and 7.6 for goldfish. No nitrite or ammonia present.
Hardness reading between 70-100ppm for tropical fish, 150-200ppm for African, 120-140ppm for goldfish.
