Are all the products listed on your website available in store?

While we carry thousands of different products in our stores, not every product on our website is available at all locations. You can check a product's page to see if a specific location normally carries that product. Please be aware that while every attempt is made to have the product in stock, this does not guarantee that the product will be in stock at that store.

What do I do if the product I want isn't available at my nearest location?

We are happy to transfer any of our products to another Mr. Pet's location for you. Transfers are normally available within 1 - 3 business days within the Lowermainland and Fraservalley locations.  3-7 Days Victoria and Alberta locations.

Which locations carry horse or farm products?

Our Abbotsford, Chilliwack, and Mission locations regularly carry horse and farm products.

Do you price match?

Yes we do! If you find a lower priced product identical to one we have in stock at a local competitor (excluding online stores), we will match the price. An advertisement or similar confirmation is required as proof, and depending on the type of proof we may take additional measures to verify. We do not match clearance, liquidation or similar event prices. We do not match “free with purchase”, or “buy one get one” style offers. Pets or services cannot be price matched.
