Are all the products listed on your website in stock?
If the product appears on our website it is a stocked item at all locations unless otherwise indicated in the description. Every attempt is made to have these products in stock. We plan to have inventory by location shown by the end of the year.
Which locations carry horse category products?
Our Abbotsford, Mission and Maple Ridge locations carry horse products. However, any of these items can generally be transferred to any other Mr. Pet’s in less than 7 days, just ask us to do so.
Are seasonal products available in store now?
Seasonal products such as Christmas toys and Halloween pet costumes are on display one month prior to the holiday.
What are “while quantities last” products?
These products we have limited stocks, once we are sold out we will not reorder. If you require this item and your local store does not have stock, ask an associate to have the item transferred from another Mr. Pet’s. In many cases we may be able to still order this product into stock even if all Mr. Pet’s locations are out of stock.
Can I create an order online for pickup?
Yes, add the items to your cart and during the checkout process choose to pick up at your local store. We will reply back when the order is ready for pickup.
