Cherry Shrimp


Cherry shrimp are a popular freshwater shrimp species that are highly valued in the aquarium hobby for their striking red coloration and peaceful nature. They are native to Taiwan and have become widely available in the hobby due to their ease of breeding and adaptability to a wide range of water conditions. Cherry shrimp are relatively small, and are generally kept in groups of 5 or more in a planted aquarium. Diet: Omnivorous, and will eat a variety of foods, including algae, biofilm, and commercial shrimp pellets or flakes.
