Curbside or In-Store Pickup
1. Order Online
At the check-out, choose store pickup as the delivery option. Pay online.
2. We'll send you an email
You’ll receive a confirmation email, usually within 2 hours, if during store business hours. If there are any shortages, we’ll contact you to make adjustments to the order, or to delay pickup until we can replenish the missing items.
3. Pick it up
Head to the store with your order confirmation, order number, or photo ID. If you make the purchase using a credit card we may ask for your photo ID and the credit card used to make the purchase for verification purposes.
Curbside: Once you’re parked at the store, give us a call to confirm your order number, pop your trunk, and we’ll bring the order right to your car!
In-store: Bring your order confirmation to the counter, and we’ll fetch the order for you.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long will you hold my order?
Products will be held for 30 days. Live fish and bugs can only be held for 4 hours. Pets cannot be put on hold. If your order is not picked up within 30 days, products cannot be guaranteed to be in stock when you come to pick them up.
Can someone else pickup my order?
Yes! Just ensure they have the order confirmation or order number.
