- MrPets reserves the right to alter the program at any time
- Sales tax on the free bag is the responsibility of the consumer
- Without use your account will be deemed in-active after 12 months, subsequently all products will be deleted
- Natural Balance must be redeemed with 18 months of the first purchase
- All other brands must be redeemed within 24 months of the first purchase
